Help needed with 1060 3G ITX layout

I wanted to prove a point about OC bang for the bucket... 1060 3G, cheapest card, Inno3D..

I have issues with following:

0.95V GPU, afterburner simply won't seem to let me change the voltage - or.... The readings doesnt change

The card turned brick, VGPU went low and then next thing, no display

Check out my thread on OCN. I have done Vgpu, Vmem, and caps to an ITX style GTX1060 6GB. It seems many of these cards without I2C support have the uP9511Q controllers, mine did.

Sadly not had the chance yet, I think I'll buy another sample, perhaps even different vendor, from a Danish store...

 

Received the VGA return from RMA, and Im outta luck.... Will try the card on another setup one of the following days, but so far, its a dead piece of hardware, shift happens.
