January 18, 201115 yr Possibly, depends on the memory chips at least (maybe other things as well). Save the old bios, in case you have to blind flash if you try it.

January 19, 201115 yr I've tried it, but no luck. Had a black screen on first boot. Had to reflash it with a pci card to get it working again. You could try bios editor if it's possible to alter the voltage, but here it didn't work eighter.
January 21, 201115 yr Author what's the problem with the hard-voltmod ? I earn a dollar a day I got no experience soldering stuff Me gots no money to replace the card in case something goes wrong
January 23, 201115 yr Then don't do it:) There's always a risk, and I guess you won't gain THAT much just from the extra voltage.
