Hi, when running my i7-6820HK at 3.9ghz (and other frequencies as well), it dips down between 3.9 and 3.3 as shown in the multiplier in CPU-Z during an Intel XTU benchmark test, usually during high loads exceeding 50%. Is this normal? It has a stable 3.9 OC on normal applications unless it is idle. On other benchmarks, it doesn't dip or very little. Also, I have to put it on adaptive or else it will dip even lower to 2.9, 2.7, or even 0.8. I'm really confused and I need some help here.

P.S. Temperatures are just low enough during the benchmark to have no thermal throttling, which is indicated in Intel XTU. The multiplier does change by itself.
