westsider Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 hi somebody has deleted my WR for a single 3870 whats wrong? i have done 18K and there is ORB verification as hwbot rules say wheres the problem? some people provide even only the orb link and i have put a screenshot too please help
westsider Posted September 30, 2008 Author Posted September 30, 2008 Rules for online submissions. Any online 3DMark06 submission must comply to the following rules: * use default 3Dmark settings * have a valid screenshot (see example below): clearly show 3Dmark score, 3Dmark subtest scores, 3Dmark settings, processor in CPU-Z, videocard in GPU-Z, unless if you provide a futuremark orb link * gpu-z in screenshot, dropdown must be visible if you run in SLI so all videocards are identified. Rivatuner may be used if GPU-Z fails to identify videocard properly (as of 8 oct 2007) * have a valid futuremark orb link as verification for scores in the top 20 ****unless if you provide a futuremark orb link

westsider Posted September 30, 2008 Author Posted September 30, 2008 it was not dual GPU mode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! who corrected it to 2X3870?
demiurg Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 here is this link whats wrong here ? http://service.futuremark.com/resultAnalyzer.action?resultId=7543667&resultType=14 This is not ORB link
demiurg Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 it was not dual GPU mode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! who corrected it to 2X3870? If you will provide valid ORB link or screenshot with CPU-Z, I will return your result back.
westsider Posted September 30, 2008 Author Posted September 30, 2008 here ??? http://service.futuremark.com/results/showSingleResult.action?resultId=7543667&resultType=14
demiurg Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 Next time please provide ORB links looks like this one http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=7543667
westsider Posted September 30, 2008 Author Posted September 30, 2008 next time be please more human and think with logic i am georgian and you are russian and you are watching this result since georgian-russian war in august you have already reported it whats wrong with you? do you have anything against georgians?
knopflerbruce Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 next time be please more human and think with logic i am georgian and you are russian and you are watching this result since georgian-russian war in august you have already reported it whats wrong with you? do you have anything against georgians? That's the most stupid post I've read in a LONG time:o Including other forums. Do you have anything against russians, perhaps? Since you talk like that? All you need is a link to the result in the FM database. I haven't benched 3dmark alot, but how could it be so hard to find one of your own results?

Praz Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 @westsider Thinking like this is why there are wars. HWbot really isn't the place for these type of comments. I would have thought that HWbot would have been somewhere these issues could be left behind. You didn't follow the rules. Can't get much simpler then that.
S_A_V Posted October 2, 2008 Posted October 2, 2008 ORB not detect crossfire when result was done in Vista. For example: http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=6011033 3870 crossfire in Vista and "Linked display adapters - No" But ORB detect clocks as 776/1129MHz. So it can be crossfire with 776/1129MHz. Anyway 3870 @ 1210 MHz 1.425V on air is just impossible. With 1.55V+ may be, but not with 1.425V. ORB not detect real CPU clock when miltiplier was lowered. westsider have only 5113 CPU score and it is too low for 4500MHz, even with Vista. I think it was done with 450x8=3600MHz real CPU clock. I compared westsider's FAKED score with REAL single 3870 WR done by riska: http://www.hwbot.org/result.do?resultId=731706 riska score: 3870 @ 1256/1464MHz = 7677 HDR Score QX6700@3840MHz = 5623 CPU Score westsider score: 3870@1210/1375MHz = 8382 HDR Score Q6700@4500MHz (3600 real) = 5113 CPU Score westsider, don't shame all other Georgians, move your score to crossfire yourself.
RiggS Posted October 2, 2008 Posted October 2, 2008 Nice catch SAV. He doesn't show enough validation, now just because he whines, he gets his way? Why not just retake the score, if you're so confident, with GPU-Z confirmation and CPU-Z also.
r1ch Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 westsider, don't shame all other Georgians, move your score to crossfire yourself. Great post S_A_V. Will a mod go through his results and block every score that has insufficient validation? I noticed a couple and only clicked a few links. Maybe he'll a bit more polite in asking for them to be unblocked if he repeats the scores. *sigh* Keep up the good work hwbot
knopflerbruce Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 Is it a goal to catch ANY score that's missing stuff like resolution etc? I don't believe in witchhunts. Those who want that kind of actions to be taken should have NO scores with missing verification stuff themselves. That's fair;)
Massman Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 Didn't see this thread before. 1) Westsider, don't try to mess with hwbot just for extra points. If your score is not enough to get a lot of points, bench harder, but DON'T(!!) just add your score to another category. It's quite clear that your WR is actually a CF score, not single card. I have changed your scores to the correct category. 2) If you feel that people block scores because political problems between nations, PM another moderator and he'll help you out. However, HWbot moderators DO NOT block scores for political reasons, but because something does not seem right. We sometimes make mistake, we are humans, and we will correct them. 3) We do not participate in witchhunts at all; if you spend a little bit of time making sure your screenshot is correct, you will never have any problem. Just have a look at my profile if you want to see examples ;-).
westsider Posted October 3, 2008 Author Posted October 3, 2008 (edited) nope it wasnt crossfire and 1.4250 is very good possible with air cooling this card was sapphire toxic and it has done 1000Mhz with 1.2000 volts from default does anyne have here 3870? please post your original bios voltages it has 1.2000 and for clock like 1200 you dont need more than 1.42 Q6600 wasnt at 4500 thats right but writting another speed would only cause extra discussions it is not serious from hwbot this result is real and i have submited with all your rules but you still not allow my score i cant do anything it is your site your forum your database but i have done 18K with 3870 thats the only true i can mod this vga once more but if i get such dumb critics and problems i am wasting my time 3dmark has read wrong clocks from every side it reads wrong clocks as a rule but it detects the cards and it detects crossfire and sli too how dumb is someone who says vista and 3dmark dont see crossfire i have submited only fro mvista and there are several results with 4x GPU i can provide results in vista which can see crossfire 1.cpu clock wasnt 4500 thats right 2.VGA clock was really so what i have given 3.1.425 is possible and you dont need voltmode, just bios editor+hex editor 4.vista and 3dmark do detect crossfire and sli thats why i have lower cpu score than riska Edited October 3, 2008 by westsider
RiggS Posted October 3, 2008 Posted October 3, 2008 Ok. But required is a valid SS with GPU-Z and CPU-Z. Do your volt thing again, get the score, and come on back, with your WR.
westsider Posted October 3, 2008 Author Posted October 3, 2008 no no it is nonsense GPU Z could not read the correct clocks from this card and providing the cpu z would bring more questions example from me: http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/dffyg/ i could solve it with lowering the gpu clock and uppering it after gpu z detection but i was sure 3dmark06 would be enough (so say your rules) and didnt spent more time for that
OverDozeD Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 (edited) demiurg NEXT TIME BE MORE CAREFUL WITH YOUR DECISSIONS MAN!!! And if you aren't experienced enough in overclocking better to ask someone who does! This is fair play not a polygon for WAR!!! ps. ზურა მიდი მიაწექი, ამათი უჯიშო... demiurg Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 My ICQ 66-25-358 You can tell me everything you want without any language barrier P.S. It is considered very impolite to write in language which it is not clear to the majority of people on this forum
OverDozeD Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 (edited) It was dedicated 2 westsider not you, and I'm not goin 2 explain it's content here. I've told you everything I thought above And it's a shame on HWBOT are such kind of "discussions" p.s. I don't care much of It's consideration at all Only one question hardware master, the fact that you can't differ single GPU from a double one, It's considered too polite here? Edited October 23, 2008 by OverDozeD
westsider Posted October 23, 2008 Author Posted October 23, 2008 (edited) overdozed its my fault its OK GPu z could not show right clock an example from me is here it doesnt work correct if you clock such crazy mods and without gpuz was only cpu z nonsence and it would bring more questions(3dmark shows 4500 and cpuz would show 3600) thats why i submited 3dmark 06 pro official link i have done everything according to rules! i know what i have done and it is ok not important somehow i can understand them next time i will live you no chance to suspect my score Edited October 23, 2008 by westsider
