October 24, 20196 yr Hi, I have DFI Lanparty NF4 with 2 ram slots non working. I saw also the other one for sale with the same issue. I'm wondering if anybody got the same issue and I'm thinking about possible repair. There are new NF4 chipsets on aliexpress for about 5$. There is also option to unsolder the chipset from other working board and solder it to DFI. Any input will be much appreciated. Those boards are getting harder and harder to get.
October 24, 20196 yr Well, nf4 itself shouldn't affect dimm slots as imc is built in cpu. I would probably start with cpu socket first (either new replacement or reballing).
