Hi,

This is my best Intel chip but I don't think I'll get around to rebenching it and I want something that supports 4-way 3D so better off selling it. All my 7640X results are on this, so for example the 7.13G SP1M. It's delidded and on the APEX VI it ran fullpot just using the LN2 mode + RSVD switches, however that was a single session so YMMV.
