Maybe. There is an assumption that the first PSC was made by order of Elpida. I just can't explain the similarity of 2b and 3b in any other way.

    At least some PSC was Elpida based, not sure if they just used licensed designs or just packaged Elpida themselves  / marked the chips themselves.
