@Leeghoofd , yes amigo , lower and it won't run at 5.8Ghz. This cpu is voltage happy and do scale with volts and cold , i'm on SS at -55c iddle and -52c load.

Thank you amigos @ironbrillopad and @AKM , i get to re-bench all my video cards all over again for gold cups ? , this cpus need cold and high volts to shine , even my water chiller won't cut it on my chip as it runs a little hot for the chiller , ( chiller -21c  max cpu speed is 5.4Ghz /  on SS -55c max cpu speed is 5.8Ghz ).
