Do you have profiles for 8400? Mine using the 8600 profile won't boot, lower to 8400 will boot but with errors

My 8600 profile is just as example what is possible, but don’t forget I use prebinned memory and CPU.
mid you use green modules, it’s possible that you must adjust voltages for it, try higher voltages for memory at first to get 8400 stable and then try 8533

as @l0ud_sil3nc3 suggested keeping ddr5 warmer get me little more stability and adjust vccsa or vddq2 makes not difference. maybe just the sticks I am using doesn't do more than 8400 -8500.  wish to find a good A-die Kit that likes cold ?‍♂️ image.thumb.png.2ab093980fb3d8e040e3a80724f99749.png

Thank you, working on 8000 rn. Got 7900 working pretty easy. Using f5 bios because it seems to just work. Maybe i'll give x7e a try again. What could you achieve with it?

8400

Got stuck yesterday , thought board had died ?

Turns out I had knocked the OC Ignition switch by accident  and put it to position 2.

Soon as I realized and put it back to normal , happy days.

It will not boot if you touch that switch.

Can the AVX512 Tool be used on other Gigabyte Z790 motherboards? What is the principle of this program? How is this program developed? I want to turn on AVX512.

For everyone who gets a Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon, here is some bios and tools.

As soon as my arm has recovered from the car accident and I can write more, more information comes.

Just as an info and clue, I don't set up high voltages:

My startpoint for Air and LN2

VCCSA: 1.25

VDDQ CPU: 1.35

VDD2 CPU: 1.45

Mem-Voltages:

VDD: 1.675-1.775

VDDQ: 1.535-1.635

Bios:

Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon X4b (one of best bios versions for me)

Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon X6h (I've used also multiple times)

Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon X6k (have sometimes CB)

Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon X6m (with higher VCCIN Voltage)

Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon X6n (tRCD_WR added in Mem-Settings)

Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon X6o (Fix code "11" during memory training)

Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon X6U (Update for Gear4 mode, can be used for all benchmarks)

Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon X6V (Updated for Gear4 mode with lower bclk)

Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon X7b with different microcodes for 13th gen

Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon X7d (we have used it for max mem)

Gigabyte Z790 Tachyon X7e

GTL Tools:

You can choose XP-Version for all OS

B22.1019.1

B22.1106.1 XP

AVX512 Tool

AVX512 Canberra only used with 12th Gen CPU‘s and special bios and only without e-cores.

If your bios don’t have microcode 0x15 for AVX512 you can’t use AVX512.

this tool is only to prevent AVX512 drop.

I guess it’s only one 12900ks with AVX512, not sure where you got it. I know only one german guy, who have played with it last year on Apex without problems with AVX512.

check with latest X6 bios, if it still not work, I think Giga check a little bit more in the background for AVX512 as Asus bios have done it before.
