May 14, 20232 yr Author choose only one mem stick in the right slot and don´t forget, not all CPU´s or Mem can boot these settings. I´ve tested many CPU´s for Gear4 and only few can boot this profile. Try 84 bclk, if it doesn´t boot, you must play with voltages. Good start point SA 1,25 / CPU VDD/VDDQ 1,35/1,45

Good start point SA 1,25 / CPU VDD/VDDQ 1,35/1,45 thank, for now i will go with G2 and GB3 to try to improve my 8400c34 16,4k mem score that i got on x6v.
May 15, 20232 yr Author Please note, for Gear4 you can try different memory dive settings Fuzzy, for general Gear4 users Span, this should helps when CPU at cold, like subzero Ramble, if your CPU likes high VDD2, try this if can favor you. Flare in memory dive, improves gear2 clock and stability. You can also play with different "DDR Bus Response" values, it helps for some cpu´s to be more stable

May 16, 20232 yr 16536 pts at 8686c34 for now, target 17k. i hope it can be douable. still same settings: 1,3 sa 1.9 vccinaux 1,35 vddq 1,45 vdd2 1,7v/1.65 mem vdd/vddq rdeq2 flare mode fastboot : auto and ofc, test performed ambiant 25°C with watercooled mem and cpu.
May 16, 20232 yr 17k is not what it used to be, can be obtained at 5.5 ghz cpu and mems at 8400c32, all ambient. Many loosen timings to go for freq, but they loose efficiency. Increase tras, go down with trp.

May 23, 20232 yr Author In Asus z790 thread you can find all files for download. With X7b bios it was able to install xp64. But I use my old dvd drive for installation
May 23, 20232 yr if you dont have a cd drive you can try with winsetupfromusb 1.9. but it need usb driver inside your xp iso to boot. in my case i have a pcie to usb2.0 + PS/2 with drivers for XP and win7 for all motherboard and i use a modded nvme drivers to get XP and 7 compatible with all system.
