Did the competition rules crap out or are you changing the CPU count allowed? Stage 5 went from 8/10/16 cores to the default "Use processor core(s) in total."

core disabling allowed? could I have Ryzen 9 5900x run as 8 cores or 13600KF as 6P+4E?

Nope you can not disable cores to meet the stage 5 core requirements 

5900X = 12 cores ( no go )

13600KF = 14 cores ( no go )

13600KF (6P) = 6 cores ( can be used )

For the memory stage CPU profile with AMD processors and DDR3 what constitutes different memory ICs?
From the stage page: "Use different CPUs (Pro CPUs allowed) and memory ICs"

I understand that only version 11.2 is allowed
