And even though you're kidding, I still feel I gotta say that the usual practice is that whoever sets a score first is placed highest.

Mean Machine is correct: whoever submits the score first, wins. From the dbase, I can see that Luck_n00b submitted the 1179.6MHz result first and then Ekky_jengkol updated his existing score with the new score.

 

So, Lucky_n00b finished 2nd.
