Due to demand the competition has been extended by ASUS with a closing date for entries now being the 1st of March 2012.

Looks like things are starting to heat up quite a bit with lots of entries coming though, anyway time to get binning your CPU’s guys as you now have a few more weeks to get your final results in.

Hm, I'm inclined to agree with Mean Machine here.

In the tradition of UK, I assume lots of people will complain about extending the competition? :P

Maybe if there was more info on the competition more would submit. Traveling right down south to play with an air cooled SB-E would be a pain in the ass.

How does the competition actually work?

1) email a cpuz result

2) 12 highest % oc travel to London

3) overclocking on SBE

4) whoever has the highest clocking chip wins an Ivy Bridge system ?

Must be frustrating if you have a SBE that walls at 5G then :-/
