I'm not aware of a better score impromptu, but I guess/hope the true national record is DDR3-3000+ and just didn't make it to Hwbot.

As far as I know no one broke 1500MHz with Lynnfield or Bulldozer.

I (as well as CN, I think) did over 1500MHz while being in Germany, does this count?
