August 20, 201311 yr Crew -4 -5 -6 should always work yes, its probly hidden code cause nvflash dont want you to force flash your stuff. depends what version nvflash you are using, my nvflash always sees the first VGA as 0, regardless of slot
August 20, 201311 yr Thanks a lot. Trying to upload. On the BIOS of SLV7 my Titan was at temp. level MAX 83C.And Fans Power : MAX 70 % What do You think ? What is maximum allowed temperature to do not burn our babies ?
August 20, 201311 yr Crew probly anything above 1.25v is getting dangerous haha. To put it in perspective, 100% of titans ran at 1.35v will die sooner or later, unless you have a watercooling loop keeping the pwm at something crazy cool like 35c. so you can try close to 1.3v, but i know i wont try that, too risky will probly pop
August 20, 201311 yr Bios succesfully flashed Thank You Guys So if I will set in Nvidia Inspector : Priority Temperature to do not exceed 90 C ? I will be safe ? i know stoopid question
August 20, 201311 yr Here's some info about the -4 command. OVERRIDE SWITCH -4nvflash --index=1 -4 -5 -6 BIOS.ROM (enter) (BIOS.ROM is example name) There is an override switch for force flashing mismatched sub-vendor or hardware ID's (often required for flashing a BIOS from a different vendor); This command will flash your GPU with the new BIOS that you selected by typing the name of the BIOS.
August 20, 201311 yr Thanks rsnubje Encounter 2 limits : 1.Voltage : 1.2 2.Temperature : 78 C. without hardware modification is somehow possible to pass it ? Edited August 20, 201311 yr by OdrzutoweWrotki
August 21, 201311 yr Thanks rsnubje Encounter 2 limits : 1.Voltage : 1.2 2.Temperature : 78 C. without hardware modification is somehow possible to pass it ? Go and buy non-ref GTX780.
August 21, 201311 yr Crew i agree with Ryba, rather get 780 and be happy with 1400mhz you can use nvidia inspector to go to 1.5v on your titan if you want, but it will kill your card for sure
August 23, 201311 yr i agree with Ryba, rather get 780 and be happy with 1400mhz you can use nvidia inspector to go to 1.5v on your titan if you want, but it will kill your card for sure Problem is that I use Nvidia Inscpector and with Enginering Bios (XOC) even if I will push the pedal to the metal means Voltage Throttle MAX right,I noticed on sensors only 1.212 V. Not more Edited August 23, 201311 yr by OdrzutoweWrotki
August 24, 201311 yr Crew Problem is that I use Nvidia Inscpector and with Enginering Bios (XOC) even if I will push the pedal to the metal means Voltage Throttle MAX right,I noticed on sensors only 1.212 V.Not more sensors only read max 1.2. if you are benching without a Multimeter on a 1000$ GPU you need to get some help ^^
August 26, 201311 yr sensors only read max 1.2. if you are benching without a Multimeter on a 1000$ GPU you need to get some help ^^ You mean with the tool like it ? BTW.OK.Even if sensors are lying,i set Voltage Throttle to the max,and receive always 82 Celcius score even if Temperature Priorioty is set OFF. So.... I give up
August 28, 201311 yr You mean with the tool like it ? BTW.OK.Even if sensors are lying,i set Voltage Throttle to the max,and receive always 82 Celcius score even if Temperature Priorioty is set OFF. So.... I give up You are fighting a non winning battle if your temps at 83c you cant not even think that adding voltage will help in any way at all Don't give up just regroup gain some knowledge and come back stronger. dont forget this bios in this thread has not really been tested for fan control by me and sometimes engy bios can have wacky fan control but if still on stock fan its not smart for overclocking for the most part Edited August 28, 201311 yr by cowgut
December 21, 201311 yr hi guys......can i ask here? i want to know if gtx780 lightining have a coldslow under -80° -90°
