August 9, 201312 yr What do you mean? In cases where the score is equal, the person that submitted first will rank above everyone else scoring equal scores. There has been a discussion & poll a while ago about this, not sure what the status of that is now.

There has been a discussion & poll a while ago about this, not sure what the status of that is now. Nothing ever happened with it. The majority said ties should both receive the points for that ranking but it was never implemented.
