win 8.1 is allowed if you are using the latest system info

the problem is that futuremark has not be able to measure time

but they also use System Info 4.20 which is required: http://www.hwbot.org/newsflash/2175_

they may have disabled system info

or system info might have shut down during bench

I also have the problem some time when I come up 1900MHz on my 780

Just to be clear, Win8 is allowed ONLY with SI4.20 or newer ENABLED.

It would be a pity if you stopped submitting your results to HWBot, but I think this rule is clear enough:

 

Exceptions to the Windows 8 rule:

 

- non-overclockable notebooks may be used in combination with Windows 8

- 3DMark and PCMark runs on Windows 8 if an ORB Link is included, and SystemInfo 4.20 (unofficial download) is used.

If SI 4.20 is enabled, the result should be valid... If not, just block the result...

 

It's clearly easy to understand the rules and solve this issue...

We never used system info enabled, if not competition like MOA, and also never know about to me mandatory enable... furthet 4.2 SI or newer.
