i have funny problem white my crosshair v formula

when i want to get test white ln2 that mobo caught on dram and debuger show cod=54

and clrcmos and plugoff noting help to get post again and fully freez

i most to get out cpu from socket and f...... test

i try all beta bios but noting help

some amd cpus do have IMC coldbug at around -100. What temp do you have problem at?

How high frequency were you ? My Crosshair walls at a certain multiplier ( not sure around 60ish I think ) and need to go with high FSB

Does it work in single channel mode?

I had similar problem with my Crosshair IV Formula 2 years ago - it turned out to be the board and not the cpus.

It has a coldbug and even I tried different insulations it was still not good past -150.

cpu is very ok

dont have cold bug

it is low voltage

freez on defulte profile and temp under -100

sure mobo is problem because white an other mobo every things is ok
