I do not blame you for anything. On the contrary I like the good work you do here. I am just speaking my mind -

Moderators are NOT Gods As websmile ( Michael ) once pointed out so wisely, not even NASA engineers would be able to verify REMOTELY, what and how each bencher does at home. If we look at the whole aspect of " tricks " used, under the strict rules of the site, then many benchmarks should be totally removed. Question is if that would be wise, in a diminishing ( loss of interest and motivation ), benchmarking environment. I am afraid that when the upper limits of each benchmark are hit and HW + tweaks are no more sufficient to push things higher, then people use their " borderline " imagination to push things further. -

I think that Allen ( Splave ) said the wisest thing - " At least you are benching " -

It does not need to be under cold to exhibit this behavior. Same applies even under water cooling. I have understood ( and would be most happy to be corrected ), that I can trust only settings made in bios. For example - Try a very simple thing - to raise ( even slightly ) VccIN in Turbovcore. My system freezes instantly and does not even reboot. Only hard reset. Same bios - 1103. -
Well, well, well... As Einstein used to say with a bitter laugh, even math can some times be subjective and prone to different explanations. Logically 1+1=2, but who can argue that it can be 1+1 = 3-1. Is the glass half full or half empty ? The algorithm, upon which the whole point rankings calculations is based, is WRONG. And I would be most happy to prove to Mr. Frederick Collardyn that statement. It started on a wrong basis, has been revised so many times and it will never be correct. It is the math basis that is wrong. And if one or more "scientists" that designed this, are unable to figure out the problems, then there is a significant issue here. I DO NOT CARE. But the very few that might still be interested to keep this site alive, should be.

AI SUITE II Fix or how to not support your product!
Fasttrack replied to a topic in General hardware discussion
NOT funny at all. 1) Gigabyte Aorus X399 Gaming 7 with Threadripper 1950X at 4.1ghz and 64gb of ram. Working 18 hours daily as a dedicated heavy load workstation, with 8 SSD's and 2 x Titan XP. No issue. 2) Gigabyte Aorus Z370 Gaming 7. Everyday PC. Loaded with tons of goodies. Almost 20 hours daily. NO ISSUE. 3) Gigabyte Z270 SOC - limited edition. Benched more than 100 times under cold. Looks and is as new. 4) Gigabyte X99 Champion. Sold, but was rock solid for more than 2 years. Maybe it is the user to blame and not the products ? Or maybe you are working / supporting another manufacturer ? This thread was/is for an issue with AI suite. How come you explode with flames on Gigabyte ???
