yep it was still not 100% working as Aquamark had hickups. (skulstation found a few hickups) Again the official competition thread was made on saturday and new background added before midnite… so if you bench on sunday or even monday with the old background you did not crosscheck the latest updates... guess I need to do some babysitting classes to get more into this….

The compo started officially at the 5th, not on the 1st, as the aquamark stages had some submission troubles... Anyway when we configure compos they already are visible in the system.... e

What cooling are you using? Are you loading a preset profile from bios ? To be honest I would not like my CPU to be at 90°C plus during games... My 8086K@5Ghz is around 65°C, but it has been delidded and the paste replaced with Liquid Metal.

Competition rules might be added on top of the standard rule sor even override them... In the case of this competition: https://hwbot.org/competition/cheapaz_chips_s3/stage/4564_3dmark_-_sky_diver_(gpu) it mentions: 3DMark links must be included, and the scores must be valid on 3dmark.com Why was this added you might ask, This compo is all about the raw GPU clocks and not about the driver tweaks....

Well you can reverse the reasoning, if you want to participate in multiple divisions , you must have 4-5 cards Something that one can't rule out in open competitions is that if you want to win you will always need the top card. The way I look at it anyone can chime in now, besides the Titan and RTX owners ( they have Div 1 to go for) Don't forget the CPU limitation might be a bottleneck on some benches, also some benches require good old XP to be efficient,.. not everybody has an ACPI compliant bios,...
