Define manual OC, here it is locked P and E cores, no boost clocks, speedsteps disabled,...manual vcore, SA, L2,... nearly no AUTO voltage settings at all. Correct I don't check with a muiltimeter on my dailies Nevertheless these air cooled 13th and 14th I9s on ASUS and ASRock boards still hum along nicely with core speeds between 5.2-5.5GHz clockspeeds, undergoing daily torture by the kids with extensive gaming sessions.

I think even without testing these it would be preferred we maintain full control for Extreme OC. Manual OC avoided this degredation on 4 daily setups running at home. keeping a good balance between speed, voltage and temperature. On cold I don't really care at much about voltages , though I always search for the lower stable ones.
