Assuming that max clocks in 05 and hwbotprime are roughly the same, your CPU would be worth 900-950 in Caseking pricing universe. However, you also have to keep in mind that your CPU probably no longer has warranty, let alone the 'OC warranty' that is advertised by Caseking. It's hard to put an objective pricetag on that since different people have different OC habits and hence different chance of ever claiming that warranty.

Up for sale is a lot of three perfectly functional CPUs for socket 775: Pentium E5200. By far the best low-cache Wolfdale that I ever had on core MHz/volt. Can do 4.4GHz 1.34V LinX and 4.5GHz 1.31V 32M on air. Core 2 Duo E8400 and Core 2 Duo E8600. Bought these CPUs purely for board binning on FSB. Now that I am done, the CPUs can go. Your efficiency is only valid as long as you keep RAM:CPU clocks at 1333:3200 ratio and don't change the timings. So at 5GHz you'd have to have the RAM running at 2083MHz with the exact same timings to maintain the same efficiency.

I can suicide 625 with 5:8 and PL8 but no combination of settings will get it to 630. This is very common on X48 and I've no idea why it happens.

Up for sale is an ASUS P5E64-WS Evolution motherboard. This board is/was part of my X48 re-binning project, which I am forced to undertake after killing both of my 700+ capable X48 boards in the last couple of weeks. I only tested this board on its IMC capabilities and it stops around 1000MHz with 2x2GB (strap 266, vmch 1.61 unminimsed), which is short of my binning goal. I don't have the IO shield or accessories. The socket pins look perfect. The asking price is 50 Euros + shipping. We want cheap and good ones

Can I also hop on the WTB RAM plates bandwagon? All four of my EK plates have gone to crap, and new EK plates can't be used with thermal paste since the gap between the chips and the heatsinks is too wide (and hence only suitable for thermal pads).

Could it be the case that retail i3 and i7 are made out of different silicone (and hence different scaling) whereas i3 ES are made out of i7 silicone and have two cores disabled?

Was this efficiency (cpu clock * time) consistent or more of a one-off? Three lowest 4.5G+ efficiencies that I know of are 39488 (funsoul, 4833*8.171), 39802 (Ice Angel, 4696*8.475) and 39917 (Maximous, 4546*8.780). Meaning that at 38649 you are more than 2% faster than anybody else.

My 4770K has a strange IMC. 1.250 SA is not enough to stabilise PSC at 1200 or Samsung at 1400, but 1.300 SA (works out at +450mV on ASRock) can easily run 1466 6-10-6 all day long with CPU on water. I binned some G3258s on IMC earlier today, best ones can drop 1333 8-12-8 volts to 1.80:
