  1. Does AM5 still have two software LN2 modes like AM4? That always confused me. The Tachyon doesn't have a physical switch btw. I was only giving Zentimings as an example, obviously there are countless others like HWInfo. Also on the Tachyon you have a physical voltage readpoint for Vsoc so worst case scenario the true value can be read there. Well, AMD is underbenched, nothing new there. The problem with chats is that they disappear once they are deleted or the people involved lose interest, at least with a forum it stays around kind of forever. I am very often trying to dig out info on old platforms and you would be surprised what you can and can't find depending on where it was posted.
  2. That's 32M, you're comparing apples and giraffes here. 8400 through Y-Cruncher is super impressive no matter what the timings are.
  3. Apparently there is also a workaround where you leave the main menu option for SOC on auto and set the SOC inside the AMD CBS Overclocking menu, I haven't tried this yet but should be possible to check via e.g. zentimings in-O.S. if it's really setting above 1.3.
  4. For noobs like me, what's V-cache? I thought it's the extra L3 on X3D chips but you are running non-X3D here. Do you mean ramdisk?
