this challenge just turned out to be the most difficult one. I dunno why,it doesn't scale well with higher frequencies on the graphic card . It is not the same as with old ones,the same rules don;t apply anymore. First thing is that even if you find the maximum potential for each subtest,i cannot obtain it running all the test,and second one which i don't get is,150 mhz on gpu extra is close to nothing in almost all the subtest,even nature has only a small boost. It's a good thing that there is more time at our disposal,best score so far is arround 118k....

I was working for efficiency,it's better to keep the same settings untill you maximize your result and after to pump the videocard. It makes no sense to keep it all the time at maximum settings(frequencies) while your testing other things. Also,it's part of the challenge.

updated ! it should go 2000 points at least on top of this,i have to find the proper order. So far at stock videocard,the best subtest were : Cl: 1627//ch 387//dl 1603//dh 927//ll 1403 //lh 661//n 1605 which summed are by total = 117930

4670 k L312B560 -3dmark2003 2c 4500 mhz @1.3v -terrible,i didn't try to go up. L401B052- 4900 boot in win xp at 1.4v,it doesn't finish spi 1 mb at that voltage.

The limitations are : -4500 Mhz on cpu -No limitations on videocard(you can put ln2 ). -Cpu/ram on air/water cooling. My score is no tweak,nothing,i just put the card in the slot and run 3dmark ) because i need a screenshot in order to start the challenge.. I will get back to you. what model is the videocard and what voltage did you use ? I'm not familiar with this benchmark,does it pass Vantage (for example) at the same frequencies ?

A new sub from me,almost the maximum score which i can obtain in this conditions. 23'rd place world wide 3'rd on water ,so far .

Thanks kicsipapucs. The next one will be for 4890 lovers,and in the same time another one with 7970. All these challenges help me to find and write down all the settings for future subs. I will put a vrm radiator on ultra tomorrow an retest again so see the maximum possible. I hope that the 4670k cpu which will arrive tomorrow will not be as gay as this one ,and i will be able to bench at 5 ghz,i would love to see the scores on subtest on that frequency.

if it wouldn't come pre-insulated i would've made an offer,but the way that "thing" is spread all over it looks like no chance to get rid off it.

the second time when somebody reported my sub for a missing memory tab.Wait a little bit for the challenge to finish and i will post my highest score.This is at default frequencies,only nature is done at the frequnecy in the screen shot,the rest of subtest are default.HAVE A LITTLE PATIENCE,i will post the next one as soon as someone will post a better score.

It doesn't let you choose other type of restrictions . To be equal a Sb should be ~ 5000 Mhz and Ivy ~ 4700.

i hope that it will work out for you.For me from 10 cards only 2 "survived" the oven. It's better if you can find someone to make a reflow.

And it's done ! Limitations air/water on cpu/gpu/ram. Requirements : Keep afterburner open with monitoring through all benchmark to see the temperatures in idle and load. Good luck !
