On a similar note, I can't find quad kits anywhere. I want to have 4000 running at C16, or 4400 at C18. Is that even possible? Can I just buy two dual kits? I did that with my 3600 C15 and they are running in quad at 4000 C17.
You can, but operation at those frequencies can't be guaranteed since they were not tested in a quad config.
The answer is, it depends. It might/might not work, but can't hurt to give it a try.

But honestly it would make your job 100% easier, lets work smarter not harder. You already do way too much much for this shitshow, treat yourself a bit brochacho.

Let me tell you a story ?

Quick test of W7 on the Aqua, no waza, no tweaks just trying to balance max fabric clock vs. frequency.
No tools are working in w7 so this was direct boot from bios
@chew* for usb, just use a pcie add in usb card, all working with this method plus a ps2 splitter.

I think what we need is an extremely budget dice pot even if it is not amazing having a low cost entry is a way to get more people to stick with it. I made my first dice pot a few years ago out of the copper slug from an intel stock cooler and a copper pipe that i joined jbweld. If there was a pot on the market for sub 150$ I think a lot of people would find it more realistic to invest in the hobby without spending 350$ on a new high end pot.
There are multiple pots for sale for $150, with mounting hardware, insulation, probe and sometimes full retail box in the classifieds.
