Thx @TiN for the good pictures quality, took me quite bit to find a decent picture.
Not the same MB but the IC seems to be the same kind, so take it as an example if you do not get something better.

This one should be used to power the controller logic or the PWM fan i think, so before soldering a new one check the res to ground of the other components around. To be sure to no have a short or other smd half fried.
