  1. http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4102#ov Thats my card, same as your linked Card, only clocks are a bit differened;) The Bios increase the Volt a bit, not that much, but still in Afterburner 1,3V maximum. I use Win 7 with the newest driver 12.11. But my card cant boot with that bios, get ATI error on Bluescreen, also the bios is only 64kB, original is 128kB.
  2. Vgpu i removed the resistor, but only tested with afterburner and it didnt work there, so hardmod is needed. Maybee the bios is for the superclocked? Tested some other Bioses from Techpowerup, all Bioses work, but superclock Bioses didnt work. I have the 1GHz Ocerclocked Version of this card. Can you ask Gigabyte for the other Bioses please
  3. Shortly one time i was able to boot:) GPU-Z shows pcie 2.0, before 1.1, so seems like some parts work. But Win hasnt load the driver and gives an error. Clocks in bios are 1100/1500, maybee this is the problem.
  4. Well i flashed the bios, but now i cant boot the card, get bluescreen with ati error
  5. Nice work, but why is your 3D Pixel Shader so low? Should be 6600+ And on the pic i see an 5800, in screen 7970?
  6. Yeah, good i have buyed PSC for 2 Weeks
  7. I have the 1GHz Version of this card, does it work too? Pcb looks the same:)
  8. Does afterburner allow to overvolt the card to 1,8V without the resistor? And only flash the BIOS does disable all protections?
  9. Yeah its not so good for pcm05... better 1882ix with 4GB Cache
  10. Thats why i prefer areca much over LSI 4GB cache and more Ports, smashing down LSI in gen usage Have you run the storage Tests 2 Times, to fill your Cache? Edit, has someone enough money to test this shit please http://www.lsi.com/products/storagecomponents/Pages/NytroMegaRAIDNMR8110-4i.aspx Sounds like an new pcm Monster, lol
  11. No, Denis is right there, by actually rules, this result is invalit! Please read the rules first, you show your System, but not what the benchmark subtest have done;)
  12. Yes, but its not guaranted, that subzero helps with i7 920. WHen CPU or Board has an wall, than you will not so lucky with it;) Also you must show the fully details tab, open result.txt in pcm folder and show it on the screen, because rules say so;)
  13. Stop blaming on DJ This guy has some big eggs in his pants, and is men enough to go to Pro league with Air and Watercooling But hey DJ, i want to play Solitaire with you on that 80Core Monster
  14. Had the same Problem with 1.60 in the past, 1.61 and 1.62 are bug free and show the right frequenzy;) Look in my Sub i use 1.62 P.S., your PCIe is too relaxed Areca like high PCIe, push it to 115 and enjoy better gen usage, 700+ My allows max 119 and everything works fine;)
  15. I found the Problem, CPU-Z Version you used is bugged;) Use 1.61.3 or 1.62 and CPU-Z shows the right Frequenz:) Sorry again for 6,2GHz its an great Run, congratz:)
  16. Something here is strange... Some of your Subtests are way too high, encoding esspeccially is higher than Steve with 800MHz less... Also you use LSI, 600 gen usage with LSI?
