Right I have been wondering this for a while and I never really knew the answer to it. Can anyone tell my exactly what causes a CBB or CB to happen on one chip and not on the other and what the cause of said cold bug may be. I don't mean the whole "it turns it into a super conductor thing" I mean why is it that you can have a 22nm Ivy CPU that might cold bug at -230c with LHe and then you get a 22nm Haswell CPU made from the same sort of tech that might cold bug at 100c lower than that (-130c).
If anyone knows why or has a rough idea then please feel free to post

Although I see the issue here, it is in the rules so I guess there is nothing we can do about it, although I agree Celeron isn't P2. Phenom II X4 840 is another CPU I argue about too, Phenom in the name, AMD calls it that but realistically it is just a highly clocked Athlon CPU, so is it a Phenom or not because we wouldn't call an Athlon II x4 the same as a Phenom

So much wrond with this and yet you'd expect someone who is benching with LN2 now to know better. -
I suppose people want to try and keep their secrets to themselves and more than anything just want to keep whatever advantage they have over the competition no matter how small the points haul is. I kinda sympathise with the guy now if this actually does turn out to be a working mod for the CPUs.

Any preferences? I tend to like brunettes myself, and over a weekend I find two partners is about par for the course.
Jokes aside a very valid point, if we can tie this in with a large hardware release then there would be some leverage to help with the costs.

After both motherboards in the description. Not after any other similar models i.e. the Crosshair Formula-Z or the NF4 SLI-DRs ect.
Let me know what you have and how much you'd want for them. Preferable UK seller due to the postage costs but willing to buy from anywhere in the EU if the price is right

On the whole power supply note, is it possible to add PSU makes and models to the database. I was given a LEPA PSU to bench with and I'd like to have it on my submissions as a sort of thank you at the very least.

Same as my bader Chip.
Needs 1,62v for 5,8Ghz Vantage.
But you never know how it scales on cold until you have test it.
Was that the same batch as mine??

I would assume that the one being showed in E-leet is in fact the correct voltage. Are there any voltage read points on the motherboard to confirm this??

Passed Cinebench @ 5.6GHz with 1.7V
Was only a quick test as we were running out of LN2 so it might be capable of more.
