Does anyone same experience as me on 0801 BIOS? It bootloop about 5 times before post, post code before reboot loop 9A. But its working fine. Is it normal as i not seeing it on 0701 BIOS? Thanks in advance, best motherboard, period
No not that one, usually see 14 a few times before booting

USB overcurrent disabled in this bios, based off 0801.
Awesome, thanks Elmor

Is price for both??

Ok, if you can't/don't want to rma then you can measure the resistance of the fuses near the usb ports. Any fuse with infinite resistance needs to be shorted.
Thanks for that Tobias
Can bios flashing be done via usb on pcie card??
-
It did come up on screen, something like USB overcurrent, system shutting down

Down to one working usb port now on Apex, also know of another board that there all dead. Anyone else with this problem? Maybe @elmor can shed some light??

Hello there,
Picked my 7700k and Asus IX Hero Z270
Batch L643G207
Everything is auto now.
Didn't test overclock yet.
Good batch?
VID 1.168v
Possibly, use thread settings of x50 on the core, x45cache and 3600mems all auto with LLC level 5 and test lowest voltage required to run cinebenchR15 then try 52/45/3600

Whatever has happened here I really can't see Luumi posting someone else's score, he's pretty good at doing it for himself.

You need to post pics of items with your name and date as per rules

Yes thats normal with many sticks, i have stick that if you run 12-11-11/12-12-12 at 3733 or 4000 me spi lock is appear, but nothing wrong with it, all worked fine even 32m with waza stable
Thats good to know, only does it on mine with 12-11

Sounds like a corrupted MEI, iirc on Asus the only way to recover MEI is with USB Flashback but maybe Elmor can confirm/deny.
I shall try that thanks, only happens at high mem frequency and 12-11-11

Chocolate HobNobs a must then for decent price?

Got an F1 dark in black which has been used 3 times since brand new and looking to swap for a Venom.

Great chip man!
MIne requires a lot more voltage for the same, but very same pathern in difference each 100 MHz step for vcore.
I wish I could do 18C water, but wife won't accept that cold indoor temp, its more like 22C ambient, when I hit 25C, I lost everything as for OC :-/
By the way, my highest was 5460MHz @ 25C ambient, voltage was high, too high
Its only an old cool box, a £20 pond pump and tap water.

re test of L643G240, delid, liquid metal, water 18c, VID 1.152v LLC6
have had a quick LN2 test but no screens, took an age to figure voltages, requires very low internal volts! best mount i had cracked probably due to the hours of finding right settings, remounted several times but delta was crap 35c+ still managed upto 6.7g R15, then board had had enough, so once all sorted it should be circa 6.8g, should be able to re-test this week sometime

Not sure what the 00 02 only a clr cmos worked to get rid for me.
Cold testing yesterday and something came up on screen about MEI, boot into OS at defaults and always shows 4200mhz now(7700k) tried on 3 OS, 2x bios and a reflash, not sure if boards screwed, will test some point today.

Price update
Hello, selling my L643G240 7700K, would make excellent ambient cpu or most likely phase cooled although i have no testing to prove this, very low running temps, most likely a low leakage cpu.
to sum up, great ambient and better than average on LN2, have a pi screen at 6.9ghz+ which i'll try and find
Looking for £580 now £430inc shipping to EU ,
Last and final price drop, £410 inc, i do have an interested buyer, but i believe its worth a little more than whats been offered.
Few LN2 tests
maxmem read at 6937mhz
AM3 6835mhz
