Found a good one already being used in a gaming rig but struggling to get the owner to part with it! = waste! I've already got a 1.4v 5.0 boot but know there's lower out there. Did you get through those trays? P.S, Happy Birthday!

I think VID could well be a good sign of how well the chip will do. The one i've got in at the moment is 1.008vid and will boot 5.0ghz at 1.25v. Never tired lower, was my 1st haswell (1st build in 5 years) and didn't really play about with it for boot, just stability which is a thing of the past for me now! Got another i'm checking when i get home on Monday, iirc it's a 5.2ghz boot at either 1.31v or 1.33v. I'll check both as i've been meaning to add the 1st to the front page but just never got round to it!

Vivi - Hardmod might be a step too far cooling wise for myself on H2O but would running the LN2 BIOS be an option? (bench cards only!). I gather it's hardmod only for 1.4v+ on core with evbot?

Anyone got a spare set of 2666c10 dom or vengeance?

See the IV-E batch thread. I've got 4 i'll be selling that all validated 4.9ghz. (the two 5.0's aren't for sale). All tested on air with vcore/multi adjustment only, may well run lower volts on water/strap/tuned bios. PM if interested.

Not sure on that one Kenny, for my Haswell it's the same freq for both CB and 3d vantage, i'll see what IVE does in a couple of weeks.
