Get in line, stages have leaked @websmile & Co, wanna clear some points before comp started ^^ - First : Stages 3 to 6 were copied/pasted between SC1 and SC2, i suppose it's a typo ? - Second : "Average of 3 best CPUs" means the stage needs 3 scores to be completed, but does it also means that all the others stages need only 1 score ? (Except Dogpile ofc). - Third : What exactly means "Average of 3 best CPUs/GPUs" ? 3 best scores on a CPU/GPU stage, or 3 scores with "higher ranked" CPU/GPU ? (for example, a i3 6320 is "ranked higher" than a i3 6100, even if the second on can beat the first one) - Fourth : SC3, stage 2, "Average of 3 best CPUs" for a GPU stage. Typo or ranked indeed by CPU (and so in relation with my third point) ? - Fifth : Subzero is allowed everywhere i supposed ? Don't wanna be annoying, i just like when it's clear and explicit ^^ Edit : Yeah sorry newlife, always confuse websmile and you, too much letters in common x)

Ok so delayed from June 1st 'cause Computex, but now mean lot of work for mods as end date is same as Challenger Round 3. Hopefully, people will be nice and submit proper scores with nice screenshots and in agreement with the rules
-
Like last year. I think that with Computex/G.Skill World Cup just before, and all the World Tour stops to manage, they put a bit aside the Team Cup. No problems with that, but if you know you are late to launch it, please tell us earlier ^^

Still up for tomorrow ?

Also keep in mind that W10 is disallowed on Haswell for the majority of benchmarks -
TIME ! Are you ready yet ?
-
Mmhhh sudden BSOD in VR would be the creepiest thing on this planet. Better keep defibrillator at easy reach.
-
Thank you for the clarification ! But a Skylake-only stage, it's very very limiting, it will have a poor participation
-
Good luck to all teams ! Seems like there is a mandatory wallpaper this time, don't forget it Asking for a bit of clarification on Stages 1 & 2 rules. For Stage 1, it says 3 different Intel CPU, but also "a processor with the Skylake core" on right list. So wrong copy/paste, 3 CPU with 1 Skylake, 3 Skylakes ... ? For Stage 2, same 3 different AMD CPU, and "Use 1 processor(s)" on right. Like, yeah obviously ? or a specific rule ? Edit : Also, scores on Stage 1 and 2 are divided per core or it's full out ?

When a score has no points -> Force recalculation
Taloken replied to Massman's topic in Submission & member moderation
If you want to recalculate one sub, add "&recalculate=true" at the end of URL, and Enter. -

Math turns benchmark: y-cruncher meets HWBOT
Taloken replied to Mysticial's topic in Benchmark software
When you will have time after finalizing Y-Cruncher launcher, it would be appreciated if you could give your talents to rebuild Hwbot Prime and Unigine launchers. Open a Kickstarter/GoFundMe, we'll take care of you. (Joke aside, if it happens one day, i would totally fund it ! ) -

I did it with swap mode, performances are so bad, it needs a lot of patience. -
As long as it propose you to participate in the comp when you submit, there's no reason to think it's disallowed ^^ ATI cards are considered as AMD most of the time.

Cooling: What can we do, what do you want?
Taloken replied to Christian Ney's topic in HWBOT Competitions
"Enhanced" water cooling could be used in Enthusiasts as long as it doesn't require additionnal electrical source. So Peltier, chiller, nop. Ice, salt, alcohol, yes, only powered by mother nature & chemical science. But always based on honesty, which can be NEVER verified. Even if we talk about it for centuries. -
Same for Novice Nimble, it's much more motivating.
-
Thanks ! Apparently, it only impacts minutes/secondes stage's averages.

Math turns benchmark: y-cruncher meets HWBOT
Taloken replied to Mysticial's topic in Benchmark software
swap mode, manually via the commande line. But hell, it doesn't progress for a percent in 20min ... only semi-load iterations of "VST-PM" & Co. What the point of these phases ?
