You're not stupid, I am. Fixed it -
The Enthusiasts are not joining. The engine is experiencing some issues lately with the League assignment for the Rookies. Some accidentally are put in the Enthusiast category. The competition is limited to users who registered less than 3 months before the start of the competition. "Real" Enthusiasts will not be able to enter. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are trying to fix this

Correct. The latest SI is recommended because it will show the right information, but the main point is a verification link with the system details. -

That was a different situation, Poorya. In the situation you are referring to, there was no question about the validity of the scores. //edit. The situation with the scores is clear. For the 3DMark03 score the link is missing and for the Unigine Heaven we can see in the log files that it was not ran at default settings. There's no doubt that the 3DMark03 is a fully legit score, but the competition requires specifically a valid verification link. I feel your pain, but these are just the rules . -

The explanation was given in public already, I believe. The 3DMark03 is not valid because the validation link is lacking. This is the same issue Rbuass and Gunslinger ran in to. The Unigine Heaven was blocked because the benchmark settings were altered so the benchmark was not run at default settings. From what I see in the staff section, it seems this was an accident more than a deliberate attempt at faul play. -
We can exchange HWBOT Prime, but XTU should stay. The Rookie Rumble was founded to introduce the new overclockers who get to know overclocking via XTU to the competition structure at HWBOT. Cinebench instead of HWBOT Prime ?

We went over the scores last night and had to pull two submissions so far: - Don Corleone's 3DMark03 is missing the right verification link - Cyclone's SuperPI 32M verification screenshot was photochopped The rankings are recalculated but not final yet. Keep you updated! -
It's okay, I will pass by again next week before flying back to the East ...

A heads-up based on some emails I received. Even though the rules state that the hardware must be released before June 1 (the start of the competition), I think we can just allow the 4790K/4690K/G3258 no problem. They don't give a benefit in any of the stages since the overclocking capability is pretty much that of their counterparts. Any objections?
