you will sell, what value?
You have PM
I cracked the seal on these tonight to determine if I should sell on ebay with other binning rejects and shoot for top dollar since unopened, or if I'd be letting decent hardware rot away in a Mincraft rig. Decided on testing max voltage of 2.15v after low volt warm-up. Only spent about 20min on them and passed 32m no waza 2800c9 uber tight at 1.990v (didn't try lower). Same settings ran 32 m at 2866 but bump v to 2.080v. Here is the final test pretty much same timings but increased tRAS from 15 or 16 up to 21. Final vDimm 2.140v with fairly decent results. Keep in mind this is a quad kit and only spent about 20 min. each kit. Serial no.s ending in 25/26 were tested together first, and then tested 27/28 together so they appear to be matched up well.

60C load temps at 4000MHz on dice, was the pot suspended above the cpu?

It's got potential !

All that prep work really paid off, killer run

Anyone have luck running four sticks on this board yet? Just threw in two more sticks of B-Die (four total)... trying to figure out what I need to change to get them to do the 3866 12-12-12 or so that I was doing with two sticks.
Good luck, I hope you can get close but I can hear the imc screaming already. Even if you have to lower frequency or raise timings 4 sticks of B Die will be very efficient

1209.5 * 2 = 2419
That's right, but the other verification links say 24xx Mhz to equal close to 5000mhz. He would need 1209.5*4 to equal the 4838mhz (2419) required for 2nd place globally or for ddr4 mem. freq.

How come the verification url link / checksum is saying 1209mhz? CPU-Z version or IDK
-
Damn, 6522mhz you killin' it son

I have a decent set of TridentX 2666c10, but its a 2x4gb kit. If you need a good quad kit I have a TridentX 4x4gb kit of 2400c9 new in box with same date as my set that do 2933c9 12-12-25-1 128 at 2.25v
Edit, its a 2013 date so not the new rma ones with 2015 date

Hope no PL for the man from PL

actually it just killed my card it definitely doesn't work for HD5850
Well, that went from bad to worse quickly. I guess using negative voltage offsets in software to raise gpu volts when said software has them reversed is a bad thing. Sorry for your loss, maybe you can make a YouTube (troll) video about how to fix a broken gpu by cooking it on top of your '78 TransAm manifold

stuck on slow mode or 8x multi in bios

I would just download freeware version of Thaiphoon Burner,
http://www.softnology.biz/files.html
and after spending a few minutes browsing specs head over to HWBot marketplace and get yourself some ddr3 that's double sided such as 2 x 4gb kit of Samsung ic mems (2400c9 2600c10 or 2666c10) or some 2 x 2gb psc based mems (2000c6, 2200c7, 2300c8, 2400c8/9)
EDIT: Pretty sure those are hynix cfr so tight timings won't be easy/possible. Check out Woomack's review though, it may help

That sucks man, sorry to hear about that. What do you think caused the crack?

Any way wires are reversed? I know very little about this stuff but mllrkllr88 could help. I'll send him a link as well as buildzoid

Excited to see you guys back! Just hoping that no one on our team came from OCX lol.
Exactly what I was thinking

Nice to see this thread active again. Finally felt I had enough practice at c7 and attempted c6 for the first time. On 64bit Win 7 so no Pi ... so sowry!

Yeah correct me if I'm wrong the 1800+ are all 4 dim results I thought
The top two spots are 2 dimm B die, with Luumi leading currently
Digg_De has 2nd but shows a pic in the results discussion showing 1825 marks

Looking at the two top spots for XTU 5g tweakers stage confirms that ram efficiency has nothing to do with increased scores on Skylake platform. While it serves as a great stepping stone that attracts beginners to our sport, it is giving them the wrong idea on what actually improves performance by rewarding them for loose timings or well no one really knows as it is so random. I'm not saying it's gotta go, as it was the bench that got me initially interested in 2d OC, but it obviously has problems that we are all aware of and the use of it in comps other than Rookie/Novice makes us look bad as a community

Interesting, gotta check dates to see. Fingers crossed
