... I was running -17 to -23C chilled 'water' on my CPU and VGA, both with ATI 850XT, and 1900XTX... During that time, I played Counter Strike, Source, F.E.A.R.... In fact, I dont think I've played FEAR without being subzero on both... Hmm

Sorry dude, expect about same freq with SS on ivy, as you did water on sandy, unless you got a powerful rotary.. 5.2-5.4ghz stable is about it I guess Badass! I want 8 core ivy! -
wtf I must have missed all the fun, lots of meetings that year, and the following year^^ one after, 2009 you may remember me arriving late at the party I meet Shamino, Coolaler, Hipro5 and alot of marketing folks that year, oh and think I meet Boris, Otter and Micha as well, they were using the box cooling, or was that the year after? Anyhow, dont recall having meet Fredyama...

Looks good Hazzan! Must admit that I've spotted one thing I dislike in ASRock' design, the barbs for the watercooling isnt changable by the looks, if I could change it to push-on, I sure would use the feature. Hope this might be fixed in a later revision

I think that was uploaded in 2002 by THG. That is a 1st gen Asetek VapoChill, the evap and mounting system, was horrible. I overclocked before that though, but my first singlestage was from the other Danish phasechange company, Prometeia, later known as ChipCon..... Mach I, I bought that one, pretty much same moment as s478 was launched, first generation Northwood were quite fun, but I bought the wrong system Bought 100FSB, 400QDR 2200mhz, while having PC3200 ram, which was FAST back then! My APACER ram... I should have bought the 533QDR 133FSB processor, because I would actually use my ram to their rated speed or even overclocked them, but I was misguided by the forums, that back then, had near no knowledge on OC.... OC was something of which you tried and error, not like now, that you just buy a pre-oced setup

I remember the time when Massman was the slave, and he had to do whatever you requested, or he would be in trouble with his master, RB. RB, y u lost the grip?!

Being a hardass may be cool in Aussieland, but keep in mind that hwbot is a global forum on the internet.. I meant, go easy on the labeling of people. HIWA received a score over the internet, from someone else, Andre... Both knew it was wrong... Here, it is a couple of guys who MIGHT have submitted scores from the same system, in the first place we do not know that for sure - remember GOOC American qualifier? We thought the Brazil guys were doing fishy stuff, and turned out to be legit. 1) Is it actually same setup 2) Did they know the rules? I do not know how it is in Aussieland, but Aussies got there they had a chance prior Earls Court, no? Lets not judge them before anything is certain, lets give them a chance of giving their version, to make a move. Meanwhile, hold the horses with labeling & trashtalking about how immature and abusive they are, and how they treat others as idiots. EDIT; - And lets not forget, that there is a report button.... However Slamms brought up a very relevant topic, if the rules are too soft, and should be pointed out more clearly... I personally believe that the rules needs to be worked on, I've wondered for ages how come HDD/SSD/ramdrive sharing for PCMark isnt illigal, but...

Easy now lad. I honestly dont think he does it to piss off the community, I am pretty sure he benches because he enjoys it, and dont really take hwbot as an ultra intense competition.. I might have mistaken who he is, but I do know someone with the name 'Lam', and I believe he works for HKEPC, and have been benching with Mad, Hicookie, CherV & StephenYeong this week, joint session, and except for the cookie, they might not be keen on the rules, just enjoy pushing every bit of hardware to its very max :-) One thing is certain, I wont label him as 'an immature kid'. Just my 5 cents.

Fixed that for you splave.

I started in duron days, because I wanted to buy a cheaper product and make it as fast as the full price one.... I started myself... I believe THG, Tomshardware.com, back when it was a great German site, none american bs, was the source of inspiration.
-
you picked a bad time slamms! Hwbot is in Berlin!
-
I did not say such a thing, I said the mark for tomorrow would be to hit sub 9, and if we had better ram, we would have made it =]
-
I believe my worst 'benching' fail was at P55 Challenge Hamburg, and not my poor choice of a teammate, but rather Stoolman busting me and making my face turn ruby red from blushing, just prior to the contest start :-)
