JunkDogg Posted September 1, 2014 Author Posted September 1, 2014 Thanos what cooler are you using? Stock? Quote
Guest harrynowl Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 I miss rookie rumbles already Quote
JunkDogg Posted September 1, 2014 Author Posted September 1, 2014 Hahahaha. Classic mate. I'm just watching for the time being. Concentrating on Rumble 9 and the pentium XTU comp. Quote
than0s Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 I'm using a coolermaster hyper 412 slim. I just wonder why amd users in the rookie league haven't yet submitted any score here, since they can't be competitive in the rookie rumble #9 because of the xtu... Quote
Guest Galaor Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Relax, already present, is going to get hot. Quote
JunkDogg Posted September 1, 2014 Author Posted September 1, 2014 I'm running in both mste and won't be submitting any AMD stuff until I get the Z97 off the test bench. So the submissions will come. You should be able to pump some more volts into that CPU with the cooler you have too mate. For a quick boot into windows to get your OC% validation. Try for 1.55 volts. Anything over that I'd say you should be on water. Hopefully that might help you a bit. Work on max temp of 70 degrees Celsius. Quote
JunkDogg Posted September 1, 2014 Author Posted September 1, 2014 Plus I've got the weekend off and will be benching all weekend Quote
Guest Galaor Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 oh, with water, would rise to 1.88vcore unfortunately you've run the previous Seidon, I have to return the 140 to my sister, otherwise I would not mind killing him. Quote
than0s Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Looking forward for your submissions junkdogg.. You're right about the voltage, I'm going to try little over 1.5 volts sometime Quote
JunkDogg Posted September 1, 2014 Author Posted September 1, 2014 Sweet mate. Yeah ive got a couple of different chips to try out and hopefully can find a gem in there. Quote
JunkDogg Posted September 1, 2014 Author Posted September 1, 2014 I didnt see much difference in my 8350 above about 1.6v. Not on water it just got hotter. 5400mhz maxxed mine out. Quote
TrueFakts Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 How do we actually run hwbot prime? I can't find the executable in the .jar Quote
TrueFakts Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 No dice, windows doesn't recognize it as an executable. Just pops open winrar to show me what's inside. Quote
GENiEBEN Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 No dice, windows doesn't recognize it as an executable. Just pops open winrar to show me what's inside. You must have Java Redis installed and it will associate .jar with it. Quote
Nataniel Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 i get "Invalid data file: Unable to decrypt the datafile" every time i try to submit my result to HWBOT Prime AMD rumble, what's up with that? Quote
JunkDogg Posted September 4, 2014 Author Posted September 4, 2014 OC might not be stable enough to save the data file correctly. Try dropping your OC a hundred Mhz and save the file. Try uploading it, if it works I'd say your higher OC might need a few extra volts etc to get it stable. Quote
GENiEBEN Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 i get "Invalid data file: Unable to decrypt the datafile" every time i try to submit my result to HWBOT Prime AMD rumble, what's up with that? Downclock, the datafile uses encryption, which may fail if system is unstable. Quote
TrueFakts Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 than0s, amazing clock on air for HWbot Prime, wow. I'm underwater and haven't been able to bench this higher than 5213MHz, and even that was a stretch. Good job buddy Quote
JunkDogg Posted September 6, 2014 Author Posted September 6, 2014 I miss Harry. Have a look at my Bot scores for this one matey. I still got one sandbagged for later. Quote
