the origin spd of the kit is wired with which the kit can not work even under xmp setting on Asrock Z97 OC Formula. I flashed F3-16000CL7D-4GBPIS kit spd into this kit and it works perfect....

The 32m run test screenshot below ran with F3-16000CL7D-4GBPIS kit spd. Origin spd was flashed back after the running.
