Hasnt your motherboard just a 1.5 multiplier? Is that speed displayed at boot? I say this because from my experience half multipliers are currently not correctly detected with CPU-Z 1.72. See bug thread

Afaik P54 (and P55 too) do not have x1.0 multi physically, must be cpu-z bug...

I did some research and theres no 1x multiplier on P54, P55 and some other platforms. Sorry, but this score is bugged. Maybe you could show us the jumpers on this motherboard or something.
