New Notifications

Since the forum update, I get notifications when i'm quoted, thread tags, mentions, blah blah.

 

I also get an email for every one.

 

I can't see an option to not get an email. Is there one? Un-necessary server work.... especially when Outlook seems to think they all belong in junk

 

Is it possible to be not notified on HWBot when i'm quoted? I have notifications all the time.

But seriously, just use your non-primary email that you check once a year, at best.
