Includes most accessories and all heatsinks but no box, no receipt, no warranty. DIMM slots have a bit of LET in it and makes it a bit harder to put memory sticks in the DIMM but works 100% and this is the board I've used in Berlin for the 2016 HWBOT worldtour finals no issues.
