XTU sub says my retail is an es :(

Featured Replies

Hiyas!

Got an ok XTU sub for Div3 but the hwbot results page keeps telling me that my retail 7350k is an engineering sample or unreleased hardware :( In my result screenshot, cpu-z shows it as retail.

When I load the results file, the submission page doesn't have all the values filled in as normal.

Can something be done so the result/sub counts? The results file is accepted as valid.

Help!! ;)

Tia!

I checked the database and it seems your XTU datafile does not contain any CPU information (hence why it's marked as engineering sample)

Did you do anything special to disable system information detection?

Funsoul- i can buy it from you :)),cheap prices on ES :D.

Mass- Didn't do anything special but system monitoring crashed about a minute after the run finished. Didn't get that message until after saving the result/profile. Got a screenshot n' everything :/

suzuki- Awesome ;P

Update- Had a little juice left so gave it another shot...1184: funsoul`s XTU score: 1184 marks with a Core i3 7350K

Issue resolved ;P
