Sumbission Reported but not able to be viewed

Hi, i'm new to the HWBOT site, and i submitted a few scores, in the Cinebench R15 test. After i submitted them I saw a red 2 by the reported box at the top, but when i click on it i get this message: 

Sorry, an error occured while rendering this page:

DETAILS:

Error message: org.apache.torque.NoRowsException: Failed to select a row.

 

I hope someone can help me resolve this, and if i need to add information to the scores i provided, because i did not put some details such as memory timings down.

Windows 10 on pre skylake or AMD? Check the FAQ and benchmark rules page.

No, its an i7-9700k on win 10.

Well before submitting anything plz check out the rules first at the frontpage, I checked all your subs and none is valid sadly

you can do it!!! compare with other results is always a good thing to do
