I finally compared 200vs266 and here what I get (tightest pl for a given strap, 1:2) 200 PL5 CL6 - latency of 44.2ns 266 PL6 CL6 - latency of 44.4ns 266 PL6 CL6 and tRD phases 1&2 push enabled (actually this push makes it a kind of 266 PL5 but is easier for north bridge)- latency 42.5ns So even if you board is not as good, you still can make latency better using different combos - that was actually a discovery for me today.
