Maybe back off the volts a little? It seems slow even on inefficient board, indeed. Perhaps the result will be better with a little lower clocks?

PS: VCore seems too high for what I've seen (feel comfortable with) when benching K10. On my older screens with the 970A-UD3 board, the vcore under load is much different than what cpuz shows idle, something under 1.9V, because that board has an enormous vdroop.

We will see if chip runs again, was being fucky but everything was being fucky second day. Board can be fast but found out I need different bios. Os should be fun, it's perica. Did find out where the waza files were so will need to try waza, hopefully my crap ssd isn't too fast. Maybe I should plug in a hdd for waza lol

ASUS C4E, judging by CPU-Z validation

Maybe on that session, not actually sure it was this cpu. Both my 570s validate the same. This 32m was c4f, I go through boards slightly slower than paste. Socket is wore out on this one, too much pressure and it drops a socket. So need to stock up on crosshairs againĀ
