just_nuke_em Posted October 12, 2012 Posted October 12, 2012 Just buy the top card in every category, then you are set Quote

just_nuke_em Posted October 12, 2012 Posted October 12, 2012 Hmm, well I always seem to get excited when I have incentive to buy more hardware... Quote
Moose83 Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 For ivy stage must the bench run on integratet gma or can an normal gpu used? Quote
FunSkilZZ Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 can i tommorow post a submission ? or is it today done ? Quote
Rasparthe Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 Don't believe it says anything about having to run on integrated in the stage restrictions. Quote
I.nfraR.ed Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 (edited) Does anyone know how to make it detect the real cpu frequency? Maximus 5 Formula + 3770K. PS: I think showing the detected cpu clock in the screenshot should be mandatory. We all know this is the culprit for the benchmark. I try to make it detect the real frequency, not the stock multi x bclk, but this is the place which is the biggest loophole of '99 and '00. Edited October 14, 2012 by I.nfraR.ed Quote
TerraRaptor Posted October 17, 2012 Posted October 17, 2012 SDR SDRAM like PC100/PC133/PC150/PC166 Quote
havli Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Radeon x1950 pro AGP can't be used for this competition - socket type is PCIE instead of AGP 8X http://hwbot.org/hardware/videocard/radeon_x1950_pro_agp/ Can you please fix it? Quote
DopeLex Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Short question about stage 5: is it enough, that we make a screenshot with the competition background at any frequency and than validate a suicide shot or do we need a screenshot and the validation at the same clocks (no suicide)? Quote
TerraRaptor Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 According to the requirement at Team Cup you need to screenshot the frequency you submit. So validation can be higher but you will need to post a screenshoted result anyway not a validated one. Quote
DopeLex Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 So for a counting result, both have to be equal respectively even if the validation is higher, only the screenshoted result counts - if understand right?! Quote
TerraRaptor Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 it was so that time and I don't see any reason for changes. So yes, only screenshoted result counts plus you need to have the same clock or higher validated. Quote
EpicAMDGamer Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 Welp if nobody submits a score for Rush 6 for OCN I guess I'll have to fire up my old K5 machine and get a result. (probably take multiple hours) Quote
