3:5 divider is bugged. I was already wondering, this would have been the best max clock result for a Cellshock kit ever.

this could as well have been strap 200, you never know

Even at the Gigabyte contest a few years ago 3:5 submissions were not accepted or recalculated to 2:3 because you cannot prove it has been made with 200 strap. If the board and mems can do it, it will work on 1:2 as well, so rebench it because the way it is now, the validation is useless

Thanks to all for your feedback. I have used 3:5 400mhz Strap for this submission, so it is incorrect because of this problem with the intel chipset. Sorry I don't know that before. Submission is already deleted.
