Hola Sam bro, I am not sure wich exact ICs bro as I have never taken the spredheater heatsink off the memory kit , so since I have never seen whats inside written on it I cannot tell anyone exactly wish ICs were used on this memory kit , you guys can guess and im pretty sure you guys have a good idea wish ICs are use on Team extreme LV memory. , but I will not take the heatsinks off the memory as it will void warranty.
