Cheers, Rich ?. Glad to hear they'll get implemented sooner or later. Just curious if you'd be able to say which things are going to be implemented sooner and which ones later?
Also re: all the people discussing leagues, I think it is a very hot button topic that requires more structured debate/polling, as we need to gauge opinion on the various suggestions/ideas that have been put forward. I firmly believe we should have a community consensus before moving forward with any changes, therefore postponing any changes to leagues is probably a good idea.
Did you see this thread?

Your point is valid, and no, you would not get points for your seasonal ranking if you can't beat your past season's ranking.
I'd say there is sufficient hardware on the market for you to either push newer/different hardware in the next season, or beat your own record.
I have no problem with this, was just curious how the season rankings would work. Thanks for clarifying.

If people start deleting and resubmitting each year it's possible to add detection for this without moderator intervention.
That's not what I'm asking. In my example the 2019 150k score would count towards your career ranking. I want to know if the new lower score would count for 2020 ranking or not? Obviously if you sub 151k then it would count to both 2020 and career as it would be your new best score.
To further explain, lets say you have a really nice cpu/gpu. You bench in 2019 and get the best scores you can, then it dies. So in 2020 you bench on your backup gear and can't beat your previous best. Can you still get scores that count towards 2020 season or not?

@richba5tard I have a question about the new "seasons" in rev8. If a user rebenches the same piece of hardware year after year, do they need to always beat the previous score for it to get counted in the current season? For example if you sub 150k score 3dm03 in 2019, then in 2020 you rebench that same hardware and sub 149k does the new score count to 2020 season or not?

Having 50+ hardware subs per year doesn't make sense to me. However, clearly the community has spoken.

UAT working fine here too. 30 global scores maybe a bit much, but otherwise looks great.

Simple question, is anyone capable of running geekbench 3 reliable at 4133-4200 12-11 on the Apex X with BIOS 1704 or 1801 with normal retail A1 memory? I use a 8600k atm, updated BIOS and tested and encountered serious problems, not sure if it is my board that is damaged or what causes this
Yes no problem, tested both 8700k and 9900k. Bios 1704 official, haven't tried 1801 yet.

Good luck with sale jesse!
Just FYI, shipping this international will be insanely expensive. USA has terrible shipping cost, especially for a package of this size/weight. IIRC the kingpin boxes fit nicely in a large flat rate, which is ~$95 to ship international

After discussing the member points algorithm (both seasonal and carreer) with George for a bit I'd like to make a suggestion:
Instead of top X total points which count towards your member points:
- top X global points
- top X hardware points (preferably same X to keep things easy to explain, but I can be convinced if need be)
- no benchmark/worldrecord points for crazy quad sli/crossfire setups, but an award/achievement instead
This would close the gap between $$$ and skill further.
Thank you for listening to the community feedback!
My biggest complaint about rev8 was the hardware point situation. I'm glad you finally changed your mind
