  1. Hello OCers! I just want to tell you: Today I added 3 WRs and many 1st places with 56 cores / 112 threads at Dual Intel Xeon 8173M. I have never used 56 cores before! Funny thing - I've lost 70 global points and 30 or more HW points! Adding results makes my points drop? With differentiation of platforms by core amount for HW Points? Last time I added some i9-7980XE results I've lost almost 200 points, later I added i9-7960x and lost 70 points! What the duck is going on with rev. 7 ? How can that be? Also note - I don't get any info about that massive drops at my wall! If adding results outcomes in loss of point than maybe I shall delete WR? Huh? Unbelievable!
  2. Hello, I'm having a hard time .... I''ve submitted results for RTX 2080 TI and ... I lost points. Yesterday I've submitted i7-6700k results and ... lost some more points. There is nothing on my wall indicating losses of 70 points in few days. There are minimum of 5 benchmarks which should give me about 15 points in League points ( by getting into pool of the points that counts). But I have exactly the opposite situation. I'm submitting results and loosing points. The recalculate option is turned down, but could you do it manually Massman, Websmile? Thank You. Also check this: http://hwbot.org/benchmark/gpupi_for_cpu_-_100m/rankings?hardwareTypeId=processor_4012&cores=4#start=20#interval=20 Why there is a hard cut in points from 10.2 for 31rd place to 0,2 for 32nd place? Am I loosing points due to the fact that this my submissions are better but I didn't find that there are some hard cuts? I'm not sure what to think about it.
  3. As it seems : having too new memory makes XTU submission unable. Those were Trident Z 4400MHz XMP clocked down to 3000MHZ CL 14-14-14-34 1T.
  4. Hello OCers, since testing Threadripper 2950x my HWBOT x265 /any version/ is unable to collect data - quits on save validation file. I thought it was due to TR II 2950x problem but now I have the same issue on i7-6800k - pretty old. It cannot send data to HWBOT either. Java runtime is up to date. Windows are up to date. All drivers are up to date. Have anyone experienced the same issue? HPET is on. ...
  5. Great! But where is the link from HWBOT to OC ESports? I didn't even know that this page existed and I thought that this limitations shown at HWBOT were precise. They should be. Rules should not be a thing to dug up but perfectly stated and not possible almost to be mistaken.
  6. All of the other submissions were deleted or changed and submitted outside Challenger.
  7. Shame for all of the work that I did with my own PC to get kicked, huh... "only got lost" is not so so professional, is it? :) Ok. I'm deleting other submissions, if they won't be allowed anyway. please make sure next time that the rules are clear. I repeat - Ivy Bridge core is the exact core in i7-4960x. There was no CPU platform restriction, there was no CPU family restriction. There was no card from 500 GTX family restriction.
  8. Hello, I just tried to add scores with i7-4960x for this competition. The platform or architecture of the chip wasn't restricted. The HWBOT gave me a "no" to my submission. But: The CPU I7-4960x is Ivy Bridge core based cpu. Please refer: http://hwbot.org/hardware/processor/core_i7_4960x/ By Wikipedia: " "Ivy Bridge-E family is the follow-up to Sandy Bridge-E, using the same CPU core as the Ivy Bridge processor" So Ivy Bridge-E is the name for the architecture of the chip - family name, not the core. Push the "view other processors from the Core i7 (Ivy Bridge) family" GTX 590 is a single card from 500 series. I ask for two things 1. Unlock i7-4960x for this competition, as it is not restricted by description. 2. Than change my CPU to i7-4960x. or inform me to change it. If You make rules for competitions, than those have to be clear, and even when HWBOT page is showing other CPUs with Ivy Bridge core from i7-4960x site (all i7-3770k and more)... You restrict it somewhere else.
  9. Damn You're right now the 19,7 is my least score in main 15 Global.... damn...;) Thanks GeorgeStorn
  10. Hello OCKLz! Check my profile, for submissions since approx. 15 days ago I should earn about 50 WR points and double in HW. The point are listed only at the submission page. Nor at "My wall", not being seen at scores. last time in march it took 2 weeks. Like: http://hwbot.org/submission/3863551_ points never came... It was 620 WP and it still is 620.1 (don't remember if the 0.1 was there) :)
  11. Un-freakin-believable. ;) Oh.. wait I said before You're pushing on all 50s.. Congrats!
  12. Hi @Leeghoofd Could You help with mine? There is a lot more... btw. http://hwbot.org/submission/3808125_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808121_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808119_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808117_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808115_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3807925_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3807924_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3807720_
  13. Hey @richba5tard How is this: http://hwbot.org/submission/3808709_ His points are counted. And Mine are waiting already days... http://hwbot.org/submission/3808128_ and at this page there is a link to a best submission: http://hwbot.org/submission/3806911_adventurepo_catzilla___720p_geforce_gtx_1080_ti_56547_marks And that is with almost all my submissions from last two days with Titan V and i9 7960x... Points were changing all the time... but those submissions stays the same: all of them suggest there is a better score -> click - it's much worse, - Click - better hardware -> Error http://hwbot.org/submission/3808303_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808125_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808121_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808119_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808117_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808115_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3807925_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3807924_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3807720_
  14. I knew it. I felt it coming since the moment I saw that You have no points yet....Damn. And You still have 2 to go.... Clearly you're aiming for 250pts :) Very nice score.
  15. HWBOT should definitely ask for no recalculation pushing for 2 days at the main page than.
  16. Hello, @richba5tard @Christian Ney@der8auer@websmile I'am an active overclocker with a lots of benchmarks. HWBOT is not only a OC-sport for me, but also a database of hardware efficiency. Since the appliance of a HWBOT rev 7 we see a lot of confusion. A lot of wrongly given or taken points. I have few qustions: 1. Is there one or more databases? 2. Does every benchmark have its own database or table? 3. How many machines (or virtual machines) are there? Suggestions There should be: SID - Score Individual Number and A USer best record in Tables of database. I. Main Benchmark Database (DB1) - build of tables of scores with records for the benchmarks only. This database is served by (virtual) Machine 1 Table SuperPi 1M Score / User /Cpu / RAM / GPU .... / Score Individual Number (SID) / SUFFIX (www address suffix) and etc. II. Hardware-Benchmark (DB2) database which is build and updated by (Virtual) Machine 2 With tables containing only hardware specific benchmark results. It is build and kept up to date - rebuild, accordingly to Main Benchmark Database Each table represents hardware and benchmark and it is build by Machine nr 2 just by collecting scores with specific hardware from DB1. Table Super Pi 1M with i7-2600k Score / User / RAM / GPU .... Score Individual Number etc. III. Global Points-per-score in benchmark DataBase (DB3) with its own Machine 3 It's build accordingly to database number 1 accordingly to scores Table GL_SuperPi 1M Score / SID / Users best? / Global Points Achieved IV Hardware points-per-score in benchmark database (DB4) with its own Machine 4 It's build accordingly to database number 2 accordingly to scores obtained with specific hardware Table HW_SuperPi 1M Score / User / SID / Users best? / Global Points Achieved --------------------- You can add as many databases for points as You like. --------------------- V. User scores database (DB5) with Machine 5 Holds each best score for the benchmark - And this table is created as a full-lenght info Table Benchmark/ SID / CPU / GPU / Users best? / Global score / HW / Score .........etc VI. League ranking, Global Ranking- (DB6) where Machine 6 is only counting points from database V Table User / Global Points/ HW Points ... etc VII. WWW serwer Database is creating a page of the benchmark accordingly to the benchmark score www suffix, but under the time of calculation the virtual machines are given data, and each one is sending data to WWW compiler after they have had finished calculating. Machine 1 is sending some data of the benchmark which is sufficient to create a page - ex. Suffix / SID /User / Score/ Pictures / Hardware data imputed into the submission form. Machine 2 is not sending anything but asked torebuild database Macines 3 and 4 (or more of them) are rebuilding tables and sending points to WWW Serwer (VII) and User Score database (V) Machine 5 User Score Database is sending points to Machine 6 and its sending data to WWW server or WWW Serwer is retrieving the data by itself. It's complicated. It would take probably a bit longer but would be much more reliable and all data would be changed at once. You can apply any mathematics to the Machines 4 and 5 and any other that are only building Points databases That is my idea how it might work. It is not an opinion of a specialist as I'm who is able to make many very specialized Excel formulas for many different things but is not a specialist about databases. Right now, I know there is a submission number but it's exchanges with a WWW suffix when a submission isn't the user's best score. There is no Users best record - as for examples: http://hwbot.org/submission/3808128_ and at this page there is a link to a best submission: http://hwbot.org/submission/3806911_adventurepo_catzilla___720p_geforce_gtx_1080_ti_56547_marks And that is with almost all my submissions from last two days with Titan V and i9 7960x... Points were changing all the time... but those submissions stays the same: all of them suggest there is a better score -> click - it's much worse, - Click - better hardware -> Error http://hwbot.org/submission/3808303_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808125_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808121_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808119_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808117_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3808115_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3807925_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3807924_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3807720_ I hope I helped. Peter
  17. I truly suspect heart attack... richba5tard... are you alive?
  18. http://hwbot.org/submission/3807740_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3807738_ http://hwbot.org/submission/3807720_ Have I said something wrong ? Because my submissions are not getting in....
  19. No... I was wrong? I might haven't refreshed the page... They're there... Sorry. Hopefuly You didn't have heart attack and died. Somewhere by the computer reading my post.
  20. Matrix. This is just Matrix richba5tard you're changing things again Elite just went out and apprentice too. 4U: I feel it in my chipset I fell it in RAMs too The change is all around us who at the HWBOT knew... Oh, yes I did... You wanna change it Just don't be afraid Although I migh be loosing again I've gained some point well Well I lost some too But we all love You for the work that You do Oh! It's written on the servers it's just how math goes... (Wet Wet Wet) ---- Now. Be happy. I was happy for 2 hour being 52 in a World and second in Poland and 5th in Enthusiasts League
  21. Good news as many of my benchmarks are not getting points at all. Hopefuly you'll get it right! Fingers crossed!
  22. Hello, I really do like the picture. I'd like to know more about Your cooling - CPU cooler with thermometer exactly :) Could you send some more?
  23. Great Score! Such small gap! Had to be messing with the head
