  1. still waiting a response for my PM request, Kenny
  2. Sold.
  3. Up for sale is a 4GB (2x2GB) set of G.Skill F3-17600CL7D-4GBPIS. Long story short, this kit is a binning reject. Individually, both sticks do 1333c8 at 1.85 on air (first, second) but one of them needs tRP 10 and slows the other one down. Together they need around 1.88V (screenshot), which is also a result of tighter timings. The sticks don't have CB or CBB on LN2. Individually, they run 1400 6-10-7-22 2.29V and 1400 6-10-6-22 2.34V but I had a hard time making them run 1400 together. Note that this was done at relatively low CPU clocks (4GHz) because my CPU isn't fully reliable at 4.5/5.0GHz on ambient cooling. Also note that there is a thin layer of plastic spray on the modules to prevent moisture from getting underneath the ICs. Asking 100 Euros for the pair. The price includes worldwide shipping.
  4. you can actually bin at a pace faster than 1 cpu/minute: -enter desired settings in BIOS (such as 500x6 for Allendale, for example) -swap CPU (cooler attachment no need) -power the platform up -immediately (before it POSTs) power it down -power it up again. the board will set 500x6 instead of the crash-free new-cpu settings so if the setup doesn't post again (apparent after 5-10s) then you have a reject
  5. Madness! Do you also keep track of the batches?
  6. Preheat and apply force from the bottom rather than from the side (this way you're less likely to bend the PCB). For example, you can just stick a long knife under the HS along the contacts and then twist the handle.
  7. No chance, for that you'll need 116.5+ BCLK which is more than 3 BCLK over the highest known sandbag.
  8. pushing scatter benching to the next level .. why even bother with a screenshot?
  9. got to make a new run with CPU-Z frequency readout below 5003.00, damn it
  10. wow, my ex kit made it all the way to South Africa
