  1. So if I buy a board and pour a glass of water on it running and "for some reason" it dies - that's a legit RMA case now, right?
  2. BD must be very light on stability (due to low bandwidth, I guess) if you managed to screen 1500+ tRCD 10. Even with a good kit (1200+ tRCD 10 on air) that would require a fair bit of luck.
  3. lol, let's see how long this lasts
  4. From what I remember, Phillipines' chips were best. Try searching for either E0 (SL7PK, SL88G) or G1 (SL8JX).
  5. Wow, a 478 chip in a 775 board, looks very interesting. If you're in it for raw freqs, try 2.8/133 Prescotts
  6. Which batch is it? I tested a dozen of 33xxA Costa Ricas but none could even come close to 4900.
  7. Kingston were dumb enough to unload all their PSC via valueRAM, this is why they binned BDBG so much. Good BDBG like ones you can find on 2333C9 and sometimes 2250C9 can be interesting, but in no way a match for good PSC.
  8. Mind if I join your pool? I have 'some' kits of PSC and BBSE which I really want to see LN2-tested but can't do it due to exams and lack of good IMC / LN2 equipment.
  9. Random idea. Since there is not that much happening on the daily basis in the OC/Enthusiast/Team leagues, how about changing the 'ranking change' periods (on this page, for example) from day/week/month to week/month/year?
  10. Are the mems PSC or BBSE-based? Never seen BBSE-based Vipers.
  11. my ebay packages are usually bigger
  12. Team 2400C9 sold, 2600C10 left
  13. Regor is a dualcore by definition. Some X2 210e were Propus (quadcore, no L3) and some early X2-220, X3-425, 435, 440, 445 and X4-620 were Deneb (quadcore with L3).
  14. I had chips that could do +/- this kind of speeds on air
  15. No offense, but I would indeed want a picture added to all these uber-rare CPUs. For once, it should stop people dressing one CPU (detected, say, as AMD Engineering Sample) as ten and, secondly, should help others to find them on sale.
  16. FSB wall will be your biggest problem if you ever set out to do 200% OC on s478. This is why, for example, not a single of my eleven 1.6 D1 celerons has done it, even though 4.8GHz is no big deal for D1 on LN2.
  17. if it's the FSBwall that you hit, then LN2 won't help much (<100MHz)
  18. since Karl is gone, not all hardware categories get full points for first place like this one, for example http://hwbot.org/benchmark/pcmark_2004/rankings?hardwareTypeId=processor_461#start=0#interval=20
  19. this might be a retarded question if Vmod is something like FB->GND, but do you mind posting a picture?
  20. overclockable or not, low-end CPUs are only good for hardware points
